Why am I unable to add a specific bank account?
You will only be able to add a bank account if the following conditions apply:
- The bank is on our approved list of partner banks.
- Your Balance app is up to date.
- You are entering your username, password, and additional info accurately.
- You are not logged in to the same account on another device.
If the problem persists:
- Follow the instructions listed by the error message.
- Restart the app and try adding the card again.
